Spring weather calls for all the outside sports. From throwing a football around with the kids to a competitive tennis match on the courts, we use our shoulders in almost every activity. Working these muscles consistently will help strengthen your shoulders, arms and back.

Touchdowns are a great exercise to work muscles in the shoulder that get weak extremely easily. We see that people often only work a couple of muscles in the shoulder and neglect several VERY important muscles. These touchdowns keep your rotator cuff strong and work the muscles that help lift the arm over head.

Try at least 3 sets of 5!
