Our remote programs are designed by doctors of physical therapy to address specific impairments and fitness goals based on what we see every day in the clinic. We implement evidence based exercise prescription to address muscle imbalances and improve stability + mobility throughout the body.
Our remote programs are built in the platform, True Coach. Through True Coach, you will receive exercised and workouts 3-5 days a week. Exercises are specifically filmed by the Well Equipt team with exact cuing for proper form.

No. Our remote programs include exercise prescription by physical therapists that you can complete at home (or gym) or anywhere on the go!

Equipment is helpful but you do not need much. Most of our programs do include a few resistance bands and dumbbells. See below for a helpful list and links to purchase.

Programs are 1 month long and billed on a reoccurring basis.
Each workout takes about 20 minutes.
Workouts are 3-5 days/week depending on the program.

Each program includes 1 month of workouts sent directly to your email 3-5x/week. Workouts are programmed by doctors of physical therapy. Every exercise is filmed by one of our providers to give you exact cuing on form. Most importantly, each program comes with unlimited communication with a physical therapist directly in the app for questions and accountability.
