Dr. Elizabeth Selman Rudd, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Dr. Elizabeth Rudd, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS is the founder of Well Equipt. Dr. Rudd graduated from physical therapy school at Columbia University in New York after attending undergrad at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. She is a board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist who specializes in keeping active adults who feel compromised by pain, playing the sports and hobbies they love. Dr. Rudd aims to provide each of her patients with the knowledge and confidence they need to regain function and improve overall fitness. She is dedicated to excellence in physical therapy care. Dr. Rudd is a certified Titleist Performance Institute Instructor and has had training in Dry Needling and Selective Functional Movement Assessment courses. Dr. Rudd has experience treating professional and recreational athletes and enjoys empowering the community to achieve wellness. Outside of physical therapy, Dr. Rudd coaches basketball, gymnastics, and cheerleading. She is an avid water skier and traveler and resides in Atlanta with her husband and two boys.

Dr. Christine Ewing

Dr. Christine Baudouin Ewing, PT, DPT, OCS

Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Dr. Christine Baudouin Ewing PT, DPT, OCS obtained a B.S. in Public Health from the University of South Carolina in 2013 followed by a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016 from Louisiana State University. After completing her schooling, Christine moved to Atlanta, Georgia where she began her physical therapy career. Christine is residency trained and board-certified in orthopeadics, with clinical experience in general orthopeadics, sports medicine, pre-/post- surgical care, performance enhancement, and injury prevention. Christine has been a clinical instructor for multiple universities across the Southeast. Christine enjoys treating a wide variety of patients and emphasizes a total body approach to health and wellness, with a particular interest in endurance training due to her background in athletics. She enjoys helping people of all ages and across all activity levels gain both the knowledge and confidence to improve their performance, function, and overall fitness. Outside of physical therapy, Christine enjoys hiking, traveling, yoga, listening to live music, and outdoor activities.

Dr. Renee Doddington PT, DPT, COMT

Originally from Panama City, Florida and chose to pursue a career in physical therapy after witnessing the life-changing impact PTs had on a close friend who nearly lost his life in a car accident.  This, combined with her background in dance/ballet, made a career in restoring proper physical movement the perfect choice.  She attended the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science in 2004, and then continued her education at UF, earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2007. Since moving to Atlanta to begin her PT career, she has gained extensive clinical experience in a variety of outpatient orthopedic/sports medicine clinic settings.  She has treated patients of all ages/skill levels with experience in treating athletes of all levels, from “weekend warriors” to athletes trying to return to/maintain their professional status (NFL, WNBA, NHL, stunt performers, etc.). Renee has a strong interest in manual therapy and takes a hands-on approach to treating her patients.  She earned the distinction of Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) through the Maitland approach, which uses a structured assessment and treatment process while incorporating patient goals and values. She is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and Nutritional Physical Therapy and has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education throughout her career through the Maitland Institute, Kineticore, Mulligan Concepts, Emory and Mercer Schools of Medicine, Academy of Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Kevin Wilk, Mike Reinhold, Institute of Physical Art, Manual Therapy Institute and others.  She has regularly acted as a clinical instructor for Physical Therapy students during clinical rotations.  She belongs to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in which she is a member of the Orthopedic and Sports Sections as well as the Performing Arts Special Interest group.  She is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT). When she is not working, Renee enjoys staying active, cycling, traveling, playing with her sweet Rottweiler Bailey, cheering on her beloved Gators, and is an avid advocate for raising awareness and research funds for the Alzheimer’s Association.

Keely Towson, PT, DPT, SCS, CSC

Keely is a highly skilled physical therapist with over 20 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, dedicated to helping individuals achieve pain-free living and optimal physical performance. Keely holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Virginia Tech, a Master of Physical Therapy from Georgia State University, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University.

In addition to her formal education, Keely is a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a trained First Medical Responder, and holds a certification in Wilderness First Aid. These qualifications reflect her commitment to providing the highest level of care for individuals with a wide range of needs, from sports-related injuries to outdoor adventures.

Keely offers personalized, one-on-one care tailored to each client’s unique needs. With a deep understanding of movement science and a passion for helping others recover and thrive, she works closely with clients to help them reach their physical goals.

Outside of the clinic, Keely is a trail runner and ultramarathoner. With two kids involved in everything from baseball to cheer, she knows firsthand how important it is to have access to quality medical care when injuries occur. Whether cheering on her kids at their games or hiking with her dogs, she believes in staying active and living life to the fullest. For her, physical therapy isn’t just about recovery—it’s about helping patients return to the activities they love and empowering them to keep moving forward.

Keturah Daniel, LMT, RYT

Keturah is an Atlanta native that has been a part of the Health and wellness community since 2002. Keturah is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Instructor. Keturah's holistic foundation is based around spinal health as well as working on stress relief and mental health. She is a mother of two and strives for balance in her busy life through self-care. Keturah enjoys the arts, traveling (mostly warm destinations), yoga and sharing amazing food with family & friends.

Susan Selman, RN, MS

Susan Selman, RN, MS has worked in orthopeadics for more than 35 years. She is experienced in pre-operative teaching as well as the care of the post-operative patient. Susan received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University and became one of the first Orthopaedic Clinical Nurse Specialists in the Southeast. Her work experience includes working in orthopeadics at St. Joseph’s, Scottish Rite and Piedmont hospitals. She also served as an orthopeadic clinical instructor at Wellstar School of Nursing at Kennesaw State University. Most recently, she worked in a free-standing orthopeadic surgery center where total joint replacements are performed outpatient. In addition, Susan has authored/co-authored several patient education booklets and published several articles. She has served as a consultant in the writing/reviewing orthopeadic publications including standards of care for total knee replacement/ total hip replacement and Core Curriculum for orthopeadic nursing. Susan enjoys working with patients one on one, educating and supporting them and their families through to the other side of surgery.
