Try setting a timer to take a break every 30-ish minutes for relief in pain/stiffness in the neck, shoulders, and back. This will also boost your productivity!

Other factors to consider in neck pain prevention include proper monitor height set up, picking a good chair with an adjustable headrest and height, and frequent movement/exercises between work sessions.
